Do you only maintain fences installed by Mighty Mates?

No. FenceCare is available for most suitable residential and commercial fences, regardless of who originally installed them. An initial assessment may be required before membership begins.

How often should my fence be inspected?

For most properties, we recommend a professional inspection every 12 months. Fences exposed to strong winds, moisture, large trees or heavy use may require more frequent attention.

Are all repairs included in the monthly membership?

No. Each plan includes the services and minor maintenance allowance described in that plan. Larger repairs, replacement materials or additional labour are quoted separately before work begins.

Can I join FenceCare with an older fence?

Yes, provided the fence is suitable for maintenance. Older fences may require an initial inspection or repair work before ongoing membership services can begin.

What happens if you find a serious problem?

We will document the issue, explain the available options and provide a separate quotation where repair or replacement work is required.

Does FenceCare guarantee that my fence will not fail?

FenceCare is a preventative maintenance service and does not guarantee against storm damage, ground movement, impact, natural timber movement, structural failure or other external conditions.
